Adrenal Support Tea
It is the beginning of the New Year, and I want to lessen the stress of the former.
Confession time: I am a workaholic who puts family, especially my children, first. I always tell students who fall behind, “Family first” and “Life happens.”
So, this year, I am going to try to have a more structured life. I am going to better support my nervous system and myself. I think this is a good goal and something we can all do better.
This year, I will:
I am going to read more, rest more, and laugh more.
Here is a simple tea recipe for adrenal support. It is also best at the end of the day. It will promote relaxation and sleep, hopefully leading to an excellent night’s sleep, one of the best ways to improve a healthy nervous system.
These are Western herbs, and most should be available locally.
- Ten signs your adrenals or overburdened you have adrenal fatigue:

- You feel irritable or experience anger quickly or more often than you want to or feel you should. “Wow, I blew that out of proportion.”
